We may accept custom crochet commissions on a case-by-case basis. Full payment is required
before production begins. Turnaround time and details will be discussed and agreed upon via
email.
Refund Policy
Digital Products (PDF Patterns)
Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital crochet patterns
once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Please ensure you read the product description
carefully before purchase. If you have any issues accessing the file, contact us at

Handmade Items
We take great care to ensure quality. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please
contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending
on the issue.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Custom orders
- Items used or not in original condition

Cancellations
